1. How do I book a service from SERVIMATE?
You can book any service from our android app SERVIMATE or from our website (www.servimate.in) or contact the Customer support team at 9571577784.
2. At Timings should I book my service?
You can book any service any time through SERVIMATE, prior to your appointment. Based on the availability of the professional, your slot will be confirmed. It is advised to book your service 1 day prior. For services like Make-up, bridal make-up, Photography, Construction, Event Planning etc. you are supposed to make an appointment first.
3. How can I trust Servimate Service Provider?
You can easily trust SERVIMATE Professionals. They are verified professionals and background check is also done on every professional. Customer safety is our main Priority.
4. Are your professionals trained?
Yes, Servimate professionals are certified, trained and highly experienced.
5. How do I pay for the service?
You get multiple options to make the payment for your service. You can pay with cash/online after service, or pay online before the service. With that you get better benefits on online transactions.
6. What to do when I am not satisfied with the service?
No worries, you can also contact Servimate support team or mail us at support.servimate@gmail.com. We will make sure to resolve your issues and concerns. If you are not satisfied with our service, make sure to address the issue within 5 days to get it resolves.
7. I made an online payment, now I want to cancel it. Will I get my refund?
When payment are done online, through third party, we initiate a refund as soon as you cancel the booking. It takes 2 to 21 days to get back your refund, and for refund related queries get in touch with the third party i.e., Razor Pay (https://razorpay.com/support/).
8. How to cancel/ reschedule by booking?
You can easily cancel/ reschedule your booking made through Servimate app, in My Bookings session.
9. What to do if I want to cancel/reschedule by booking?
You need to cancel/reschedule your booking 4 hours before your appointment. Or you can directly contact our Support Team, based upon the availability of slot we will reschedule your booking.
10. I want to join as Service Provider, what should I do?

11. Are the products provided by you genuine?
Yes, Servimate Service Providers carries the kit given by Servimate, directly taken from the respective brands, like RICA, O3+, Lakme, Lotus, VLCC etc.
12. My partner has not arrived, and not picking up call. What to do?
Partner must be on their way. Please call on the number provided to you, and wait for 5 mins for call back or partner’s arrival.
13. I am not able to book the service, what to do?
